摘要
为探究矿工生产中不安全行为背后的心理动机,基于量化问卷法和文化圈层理论,定量分析个人心理、家庭支持、组织文化等不同文化圈层如何保护矿工免受失眠、抑郁、焦虑、神经质等心理健康风险的困扰,以及该类心理健康风险与生产中不安全行为(违章操作、防护用品使用不当等)的相关性。研究结果表明:矿工个人心理风险与生产中的不安全行为存在显著相关性;失眠、焦虑、抑郁的矿工身上存在更多的不安全生产行为、会带来生产安全隐患;而家庭支持和组织文化,对于提升员工的睡眠质量、缓解抑郁和焦虑程度,存在显著正相关性;在组织和管理生产中以人为本的人文关怀管理理念可为企业的安全生产保驾护航。
In order to study psychological motivation behind coal mine workers′unsafe behaviors in production,based on quantitative survey method and cultural circle theory,quantitative analysis was conducted on how different levels of cultural circles protected miners from insomnia,depression,anxiety,neuroticism and other mental risks,and relationship between such psychological risks and unsafe production behaviors,including illegal operation and improper use of protective equipment,was studied.The results show that the two are significantly related.Employees suffering from insomnia,anxiety and depression have more unsafe behaviors and greater work safety risks.Moreover,family support and organizational culture have a positive impact on improving their sleep quality and relieving depression and anxiety.Practicing people-oriented caring management concept is helpful for work safety in enterprises.
