摘要
为降低大型水力发电站运行过程中产生的职业危害,采取多年现场实测数据与职业健康体检结果相对比的方式,以国家能源集团大渡河流域水电开发有限公司下属2家大型水力发电站为例,采集运行期间的职业病危害检测数据,以及接触职业病危害作业人员的职业健康检查结果;综合分析职业病危害程度和职业病危害产生主要途径;提出水电行业职业病危害综合控制措施和建议。结果表明:水电站现场产生的职业危害因素主要为噪声及工频电场;采取优化劳动时间、穿戴适合的防护用品、在设计阶段合理布局设备等控制措施,能够降低现场产生的职业危害因素,减少对人体造成的职业危害。
In order to reduce occupational hazards generated during operation of large hydropower stations,on-site measured data for many years were compared with results of occupational health tests,and with two large hydropower stations under the CHN Energy group Dadu River General Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.as examples,their data of occupational hazards and occupational health examination results of operators exposed to such hazards were collected.Then,risk degree of the hazards and their main ways were comprehensively analyzed before control measures and suggestions for hydropower industry were put forward.The results show that the main occupational hazard factors are noise and power frequency electric field.With measures like optimizing working time,wearing suitable protective articles and reasonably arranging equipment in the design stage being taken,occupational hazard factors on the site can be reduced,thus reducing harm to human body.
