摘要
充分调动负荷侧可平移负荷(shiftableloads,SL)参与需求响应成为解决高比例新能源接入电网带来的波动性的有效途径之一。分析该类用户参与需求响应的积极性不高的原因,主要是由于缺乏一套有效激发该类用户参与需求响应积极性的激励合同和调度策略。而SL用户参与需求响应的积极性与其舒适型和经济型偏好结构密切相关,想要提高其积极性就需要从用户用电偏好结构切入,以负荷聚集商与SL用户之间的实际利益平衡为出发点,基于委托–代理理论构建信息不对称情形下的最优激励模型。通过对模型的求解和模拟分析,给出最优激励合同和调度策略建议。与基准方案相比,该文给出的最优策略可以将用户参与积极性提高23%,合作双方经济性提高61%。算例结果验证了最优激励合同、最优激励策略的有效性。
One effective way to solve the volatilities caused by a high proportion of new energy accessible to the grid is to incent the shiftable loads’initiative on the electricity consumption side to participate in the demand response.The reason for low industries expressed by the electrical consumers is the lack of a set of effective incentive mechanisms and strategies.However,the shiftable loads’initiatives participating in the demand response are closely related to its structure of comfort and economic preference.To improve their enthusiasm,we need to start from the form of users’choice for electricity.Considering the balance of the benefits between the load aggregators and time-shifting load users and the impact of resource scarcity,the optimal incentive model based on the principal-agent theory under the asymmetry information was built.Through solving the model and simulation analysis,the optimal incentive contract and scheduling strategy was proposed.And the user participation enthusiasm had increased by 23%,and the economy had increased by 61%through the simulation scenario.The above results verified the effectiveness of the optimal incentive contract and the optimal incentive strategy.
