摘要
中非团结抗疫特别峰会是在全球抗击新冠肺炎疫情背景下中非领导人举行的一次具有特殊意义和深远影响的重要会议。习近平主席主旨讲话为中非进一步团结抗疫和中非友好合作全面深入发展指明了方向,也为人类社会早日战胜疫情注入了强大正能量。在抗击疫情过程中,中非双方相互支持,相互帮助,携手同行,生动诠释了人类命运共同体精神。医疗卫生合作是中非关系的重要组成部分,中非团结抗疫是近60年中非医疗卫生合作的缩影和最新体现。在携手抗击疫情的同时,中国大力支持非洲实现复工复产,发展经济,保障民生。新冠肺炎疫情凸显了非洲公共卫生治理深层次的困境,中非在医疗卫生领域尤其是非洲公共卫生治理方面合作前景广阔。
Under the background of the global fight against the COVID-19 pandemic,the Extraordinary China-Africa Summit on Solidarity against COVID-19 is an important meeting with special significance and far-reaching influence. President Xi Jinping’s keynote speech charted the course for further solidarity between China and Africa in fighting the epidemic and comprehensive and in-depth development of China-Africa friendly cooperation. It also injected strong positive impetus into the early fight against the epidemic. In face of the common enemy of COVID-19,China and Africa have supported and helped each other and worked hand in hand,vividly illustrating the spirit of a community with a shared future for mankind. Medical and health cooperation is an important part of China-Africa relations. Solidarity and cooperation in fighting against COVID-19 is the latest manifestation of China-Africa medical and health cooperation over the past 60 years. While working together to fight the epidemic,China has provided strong support to Africa in resuming work and production,developing the economy and ensuring people’s livelihood. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the deep difficulties of public health governance in Africa,and there are broad prospects for China-Africa cooperation in the field of medical treatment and public health.
