摘要
目的了解中国中学生电子烟的使用情况及其影响因素,为控制电子烟使用,制定干预措施提供依据。方法系统检索中英文数据库,依据纳入与排除标准,收集公开发表有关中学生电子烟使用的文献。使用Stata 12.0软件进行数据处理。结果纳入文献12篇,累计研究对象81783人。Meta分析结果显示,中国中学生尝试电子烟率为8.3%(95%CI:6.4%~10.1%),现在使用电子烟率为3.3%(95%CI:1.3%~5.2%)。亚组分析显示,本人使用卷烟、好朋友吸烟/电子烟、父母吸烟/电子烟,以及接触电子烟广告、零花钱多、男生、职高是尝试电子烟和现在使用电子烟的危险因素。认为电子烟增加社会认同是尝试电子烟的危险因素。结论我国中学生电子烟使用状况亟须关注,加强控烟措施、减少卷烟使用,强化父母和同伴教育、减少电子烟广告等可作为重要措施。
Objective To understand the use of e-cigarettes and its influencing factors among Chinese middle school students,and provide evidence for controlling e-cigarettes and formulating intervention measures.Methods The Chinese and English databases were searched,and the published literatures on the use of e-cigarettes in middle school students were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Stata12.0 was used for data processing.Results 12 articles with 81783 subjects were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the trying e-cigarettes rate of Chinese middle school students was 8.3%(95%CI:6.4%-10.1%),and the current rate of e-cigarettes smoking was 3.3%(95%CI:1.3%-5.2%).Subgroup analysis showed that personal use of cigarettes,smoking/e-cigarettes of good friends,smoking/ecigarettes of parents,exposure to e-cigarette advertisements,high pocket money,boys and vocational schools were the risk factors for trying to use e-cigarettes and using e-cigarettes.It is considered that the increase of social identity of e-cigarettes was risk factor for trying e-cigarettes.Conclusion It is urgent to pay attention to the use of e-cigarettes among middle school students in China.Strengthening smoking control measures,reducing cigarette use,strengthening parent and peer education,and reducing e-cigarette advertising could be taken as important measures.
