人工髋关节置换术患者下肢深静脉血栓产生的危险因素及护理对策

Risk Factors and Nursing Strategies of Deep Venous Thrombosis on Patients with Artificial Hip Replacement

摘要目的分析人工髋关节置换术患者下肢深静脉血栓产生的危险因素及护理对策。方法选取2019年1月-2023年8月于本院接受人工髋关节置换术患者95例,根据患者术后是否产生下肢深静脉血栓将其分为未发生组(n=60)和发生组(n=35)。收集并分析两组患者基础资料分布情况,利用Logistic回归模型对人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓产生的危险因素展开探究,根据危险因素提供给患者具有针对性的护理对策。结果Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、体重指数、术前存在下肢静脉病变、患有糖尿病、手术时间、术后卧床时间均为人工髋关节置换术患者下肢深静脉血栓的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、体重指数、术前存在下肢静脉病变、患有糖尿病、手术时间、术后卧床时间均为人工髋关节置换术患者下肢深静脉血栓的独立影响因素,护理人员应根据调查结果对人工髋关节置换术患者展开针对性护理措施,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,从而促进康复进程。 Objective:To analyze the risk factors for deep venous thrombosis on patients with artificial hip replacement,and explore the nursing strategies.Methods:A total of 95 patients who received artificial hip replacement in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2023 were selected,and were divided into non-occurrence group(n=60)and occurrence group(n=35)according to whether the patients developed deep venous thrombosis after surgery.The distribution of basic data in the two groups was collected and analyzed.Logistic regression model was used to explore the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis after artificial hip replacement,and targeted nursing strategies were provided to patients according to the risk factors.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that age,body mass index,preoperative presence of lower extremity venous disease,diabetes mellitus,operation time,and postoperative bed time were all independent influencing factors for deep venous thrombosis in patients with artificial hip replacement(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,body mass index,preoperative presence of lower limb venous disease,diabetes mellitus,operation time,and postoperative bed rest time are all independent influencing factors for deep venous thrombosis on patients with artificial hip replacement.Nurse should carry out targeted nursing measures for patients with artificial hip replacement according to the investigation results to reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis,thus facilitating the healing process.
