摘要
潘懋元先生牵挂着西藏高等教育学科发展事业,西藏高等教育学科建设获得长足进步。事实证明,潘懋元先生的高等教育理论具有广泛的指导意义,能够帮助理解高等教育发展中的诸多疑难现象并指导高等教育改革发展具体实践。本文立足潘懋元教育思想的理论根基,试图沿着两条路径展开讨论:一是学习领悟教育价值观、教育质量观和教育发展观的核心要义及其对西藏高等教育办学实践的启示意义;二是探索总结高等学校微观教学过程中的育人举措,为西藏高等教育学科的可持续发展探寻支撑动力。
Great progress has been made in building of higher education discipline in Tibet,which owes a lot to Mr.Pan Maoyuan who has been concerned about the development of higher education discipline in this ethic region.Facts have proved that Mr.Pan Maoyuan’s theory of higher education has extensive guiding significance,which can help to understand many difficult phenomena in the development of higher education and guide specific practice of higher education reform and development.Based on the theoretical foundation of Pan Maoyuan’s educational thought,this Paper tries to discuss in two ways:The first is to learn and comprehend the core meaning of educational values,educational quality view and educational development view,and its enlightenment significance to the practice of running higher education in Tibet;the second is to explore and summarize educational measures in the process of micro-teaching in colleges and universities,and to explore the supporting drive for the sustainable development of higher education subjects in Tibet.
