摘要
本文主要根据厦门大学原校长朱崇实的相关访谈资料,基于场景的视角,剖析朱崇实校长所处的社会基础场景、地域文化场景和教育学术场景对其教育办学理念和治校实践的作用及影响。研究发现,朱崇实校长的办学治校是社会基础场景下的恰当选择、地域文化场景下的持续传承和教育学术场景中的深刻影响。从场景视角出发,对中国大学校长而言,应该根据各自所处的场景提升个人素养并彰显个性特征、形成并践行合适的教育办学理念;对政府部门而言,应给中国大学校长提供最好的场景支持,应延长校长任期、注重与大学的渊源关系,应完善相关制度、鼓励大学校长专心治校。
Based on the relevant interview data of Zhu Chongshi,the former president of Xiamen University,this article analyzes the role and influence of Zhu Chongshi's basic social scene,regional cultural scene and educational academic scene on his educational philosophy and school management practice based on the scene perspective.The research found that President Zhu Chongshi's school management is an appropriate choice under the social basic scene,continuous inheritance under the regional cultural scene,and a profound influence in the educational and academic scene.From the perspective of scenes,for Chinese university presidents,they should improve their personal qualities and show their individual characteristics according to their respective scenes,and form and practice appropriate educational concepts;for government departments,they should provide the best for Chinese university presidents.Good scenario support should extend the president's term,pay attention to the relationship with the university,improve relevant systems,and encourage university presidents to concentrate on managing the university.
