摘要
蜂王浆,由青年工蜂咽下腺和上颚腺等腺体分泌的浆状物质,专供给蜜蜂小幼虫和蜂王食用。蜂王浆富含多种活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、调节神经系统、抗病毒、促进伤口愈合、抗炎、抗高血压以及保护肝脏等功能。因此,蜂王浆不仅被人们视为一种天然的保健产品,而且在医药领域的应用也倍受关注。近年来,为明确蜂王浆的功能机制,国内外学者进行了许多动物水平和细胞水平的体内外实验。本文对近年来蜂王浆的药理作用研究进行了综述,以期为蜂王浆药理活性等的进一步研究及产品开发提供参考。
Royal jelly is secreted by glands such as glands and maxillary glands of young worker bees.It is a paste-like substance intended for larvae of bees and queen bees.Royal jelly is rich in a variety of active ingredients with anti-oxidation,anti-aging,regulating the nervous system,anti-virus,promoting wound healing,anti-inflammatory,anti-hypertension,protecting the liver and so on.Therefore,royal jelly which is not only regarded as a health product,but also has attracted much attention in the field of medicine.In recent years,in order to clarify the functional mechanism of royal jelly,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted many experiments in vivo and in vitro at the animal and cell levels.This paper summarizes the research on the pharmacological effects of royal jelly in recent years,which would provide reference for further research and product development of royal jelly.
