摘要
目的了解新型冠状病毒疫情期间陕西省定点医院在岗护理人员心理应激状况。方法采用自行设计的护理人员疫情期间情感认知现状调查表、症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)对新型冠状病毒疫情期间陕西省定点医院167名在岗护理人员进行问卷调查。结果疫情期间,有46.1%的护理人员比较担忧被感染,65.9%护理人员对疫情知识的获取非常积极,64.1%护理人员家庭较为支持。心理状况方面,9.0%护理人员出现不良情绪反应,主要集中于强迫症状、恐怖、抑郁。结论疫情期间,医院大部分在岗护理人员具有良好的心理状态,但部分护理人员依然存在阳性体征。医院应建立健全完善的心理应激管理与干预机制,加强对护理人员关心及安抚,从而减轻护理人员心理恐慌,促进其以积极的心态开展工作。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of first-line nurses in designated hospitals in Shaanxi province during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods 167 first-line nurses in designated hospitals of Shaanxi province during the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus were investigated by a selfdesigned questionnaire of nursing staffs’ emotional cognition and the questionnaire of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). The SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results During the period of 2019 novel coronavirus,46.1% of the first-line nurses in designated hospitals were worried about being infected,65.9% were very active in acquiring epidemic knowledge,and 64.1% had relatively supportive families. In terms of psychological status,15 people(9.0%) showed adverse emotional reactions,with the positive factors mainly concentrated in obsessivecompulsive symptoms,terror,depression. Conclusion During the epidemic,most of the first-line nurses in designated hospitals in Shaanxi Province have good psychological status,but some nurses still have positive symptoms mainly presented as obsessive-compulsive symptoms,terror,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and hostility. The hospital should establish a sound psychological stress management and intervention mechanism,strengthen the care and comfort of nursing staff,so as to reduce the psychological panic of nursing staff,and to promote them to work with a positive attitude.
