摘要
总结在新型冠状病毒防治期间,我院为优质及高效的应对疫情对临床科室病区进行紧急整合的护理管理经验。主要包括对人力资源、设备物资、病区环境、护理安全,护士心理疏导方面进行有效的管理,保证各临床科室安全有序的开展工作。
This paper summarized the nursing management experience of emergency integration of clinical departments in response to the pneumonia infected by 2019 novel coronavirus.It mainly discussed about the effective management of human resources,equipment and supplies,ward environment,nursing safety,and psychological counseling of nurses to ensure that the work of the integrated department is carried out safely and orderly.
