摘要
目的了解新型冠状病毒疫情期间疑似病例定点收治医院不同科室护士的心理状况,为做好针对性的护理管理和心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取2020年2月9日成都市某三级甲等妇女儿童专科医院护士作为研究对象,运用一般资料调查问卷、广泛性焦虑量表和突发公共卫生事件心理问卷进行问卷调查。结果全院中重度焦虑护士占比21.01%。重点科室护士广泛性焦虑量表得分高于特殊科室和普通科室得分(F=4.496,P=0.011);重点科室护士焦虑程度高于特殊科室(χ2=5.36,P=0.02)和普通科室(χ2=3.91,P=0.04);重点科室护士突发公共卫生事件心理问卷在抑郁、强迫两个维度得分高于特殊科室和普通科室(P<0.05);不同科室间在神经衰弱、恐惧和疑病3个维度得分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒疫情期间护士存在一定程度的焦虑,重点科室护士承受更大的心理压力,管理者应关注重点科室护士的心理状态,有针对性地提供心理干预。
Objective To understand the nurses’ psychological conditions in different departments of hospitals that received suspected cases during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019,and provide theoretical guidance for the management of targeted nursing and psychological intervention. Methods The nurses from a Women’s and Children’s hospital in Chengdu were selected as the research objects on February 9,2020. The study was conducted by using general data questionnaire,General Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale(GAD-7) and Psychological Questionnaires for Emergent Events of Public Health(PQEEPH). Results The proportion of nurses with moderate-severe anxiety in the whole investigated hospital was 21.01%. The GAD-7 score of nurses in key departments was higher than that of special departments and general departments(P<0.05). Also,the anxiety level of nurses in key departments was higher than that of special departments(P<0.05) and general departments(P<0.05). The nurses from key department scored higher in PQEEPH than that from special department and general department in view of depression and coercion(P<0.05). But they showed no significant difference in aspects of neurasthenia,fear and suspicion(P>0.05). Conclusion During the period of NCP outbreak,there was a certain degree of anxiety among nurses in the investigated hospital. The nurses in key departments were under greater psychological stresses,and therefore the managers should pay more attention to the psychological status of nurses in key departments and provide targeted psychological intervention.
