摘要
目的调查研究沧州地区医务人员血清维生素D水平及相关因素分析。方法随机选取沧州地区三级医院符合标准的医务人员1200例,将其按年龄分为A组、B组、C组,其中25~34岁为A组;35~44岁为B组;45~60岁为C组。通过对三组医务人员进行血清25(OH)D3检测、问卷调查以及BMI检测分别总结三组医务人员的维生素D、日照与活动量、BMI相关数据,并统计其数据形成对比。结果A组维生素D水平、日照时间、活动量以及BMI等均优于B组和C组且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1200例医务人员男性维生素D水平高于女性且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沧州地区医务人员维生素D水平普遍较低,且与日照、活动量、BMI相关指标有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the investigation of serum vitamin D levels and related factors in medical staff in Cangzhou area.Methods A total of 1200 medical staff were selected from the tertiary hospitals,secondary hospitals and township hospitals in Cangzhou area,They were divided into group A,group B and group C according to age,among them,25~34 years old is group A;35~44 years old is group B;45~60 years old is group C.The serum 25(OH)D3 test,questionnaire survey and BMI test of the three groups of medical staff were used to summarize the vitamin D,sunshine and activity,and BMI data of the three groups of medical staff,and the data were compared and compared.Results The levels of vitamin D,sunshine time,activity and BMI in group A were better than those in group B and C(P<0.05).The level of vitamin D in 1200 medical workers was higher in males than in females(P<0.05).Conclusion The vitamin D level of medical staff in Luzhou area is generally low,and it is closely related to sunshine,activity and BMI.
