摘要
目的探讨足浴联合中药穴位贴敷治疗老年人高血压病的效果分析及护理措施。方法选取医院2019年3月至2019年12月收治的老年人高血压病患者100例,采用随机数表法分成对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用单纯穴位贴敷,观察组采用足浴联合中药穴位贴敷治疗联合护理,观察对比两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后血压情况。结果治疗后对照组患者总体疗效显著低于观察组,观察组收缩压与舒张压明显优于对照组(P<0.05),数据差异具有统计学意义。结论临床治疗老年高血压患者采用足浴联合中药穴位贴敷治疗的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect analysis and nursing measures of foot bath combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods One hundred elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with simple acupoint application,while the observation group was treated with foot bath combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing.The therapeutic effect and blood pressure before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall curative effect of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the data had statistical significance.Conclusion Foot bath combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in clinical treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.
