摘要
目的:探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法:对22例输尿管上段结石行MPCNL治疗,其中4例曾行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗。结果:MPCNL术后1个月结石清除率为100%。术中估计出血量平均40ml,平均住院时间8天。结论:MPCNL治疗输尿管上段结石,取石成功率高,创伤小,尤其在输尿管上段结石并发狭窄、扭曲时有良好的疗效。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） for upper ureteric calculus. Methods： Data of 22 Patients with upper ureteric calculus that treated by MPCNL were reviewed retrospectively. Among these patients, 4 had received extracorporeal shock-wave lithotomy （ESWL） previously. Results：The stone clearance rate by MPCNL was 100 G. The average volume of haemor rhage was about 40ml and average hospital stay was 8 days. Conclusions： MPCNL is a therapeutic modality with ad vantages of high achievement ratio and slight injury especially for upper ureteric calculus with narrow ureter and u reter twist.
