摘要
目的分析探讨血液细胞检验质量控制在临床医学检验中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月在我院进行血液细胞检验患者200例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组100例患者采取常规血液细胞质量管理措施,观察组100例患者采取血液细胞质量控制措施,将两组患者在不同放置时间下对血液样本的影响、不同抗凝剂配置下对血液样本的影响、两组患者的血液细胞检验结果与专业检验人员对两种方法的评定进行比较。结果观察组血液样本在不同的放置时间下其血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞数据优于对照组,观察组血液样本在不同抗凝剂配置下的血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞数据优于对照组,从两组血液细胞检验结果来看,观察组的血小板、红细胞分布宽度与血红蛋白数量低于对照组,并且专业检验人员对观察组的各项评分均高于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学检验中采用血液细胞检验质量控制,可以有效提高血液样本检验结果的准确性,为后续诊断治疗提高可靠的参考依据,且血液细胞检验质量控制,可以对检验人员的操作进行规范与指导,值得推广与应用于临床医学的检验中。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of blood cell test quality control in clinical medical examination.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing blood cytometry in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Among them,100 patients in the control group received routine blood cell quality management measures,and 100 patients in the observation group received blood cell quality control measures.The effects of the two groups of patients in different placement time on blood samples,the effects of different anticoagulant configurations on blood samples,the blood cytometry results of the two groups of patients and the evaluation of the two methods by professional examiners were compared.Results The placement of observation group blood samples at different time under the hemoglobin,red blood cells,white blood cell data is better than that of control group,observation group blood samples under different anticoagulants configuration of hemoglobin,red blood cells,white blood cell data is better than that of control group,test results from two groups of blood cells,observation group the number of platelet and hemoglobin,red blood cell distribution width is lower than the control group,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group by professional inspectors,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical medical tests using blood cell inspection quality control,can effectively improve the accuracy of the blood sample test results,for the follow-up to improve the reliable reference for the diagnosis and treatment,and blood cell inspection quality control,can be norms and guidance to the operation of the inspection personnel,is worthy of popularization and application in clinical medicine inspection.
