摘要 目的探究血液细胞检验质量控制在临床医学检验中的应用效果。方法将该院2017年4月—2018年9月期间诊治的80例同种血型体检患者作为研究对象,将所采集的80例血液细胞标准按照1∶1000与1∶5000的比例稀释,并将其混合为100等份,在低温室温环境中进行保存。医护人员对血液细胞检验结果进行分析对比。结果1∶1000稀释比例中PLT指数为(185.4±19.5)、HGB指数为(140.6±8.6)、RBC指数为(5.1±0.1)×10^12/L、WBC指数为(11.6±0.3)×10^9/L,1∶5000稀释比例中PLT指数为(134.5±25.4)×10^9/L、HGB指数为(113.6±9.8)g/L、RBC指数为(4.3±0.2)×10^12/L、WBC指数为(6.4±1.5),1∶1000比例的血液细胞稀释指标高于1∶5000比例的血液细胞稀释指标,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.164,P=0.034);室温环境下,PLT指数为(183.4±19.1)×10^12/L、HGB指数为(139.4±8.1)g/L、RBC指数为(5.2±0.2)×10^12/L、WBC指数为(10.6±0.3)×10^9/L,低温环境下,PLT指数为(133.4±24.8)×10^9/L、HGB指数为(112.8±8.9)g/L、RBC指数为(4.1±0.3)×10^12/L、WBC指数为(6.5±1.4)×10^9/L,室温HGB水平与低温水平相比较,高于室温,室温PLT、WBC、RBC水平低于低温,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.661,P=0.017)。结论在对血液细胞进行检验过程中,抗凝剂的稀释比例与保存温度与检验结果有直接关联,适当的抗凝剂稀释比例与保存温度能够使检验结果准确性得到有效提升,对临床医学检验有重要价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of quality control of blood cell test in clinical medical test.Methods Eighty patients with the same blood type who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were taken as the research objects.The 80 blood cell standards collected were diluted according to the ratio of 1:1000 to 1:5000.It is mixed in 100 equal parts and stored in a low temperature and room temperature environment.Medical staff analyzed and compared blood cell test results.Results The PLT index in the 1:1000 dilution ratio was(185.4±19.5)×10^9/L,the HGB index was(140.6±8.6)g/L,the RBC index was(5.1±0.1)×10^12/L,the WBC index was(11.6±0.3)×10^9/L.The PLT index was(134.5±25.4)×10^9/L,the HGB index was(113.6±9.8)g/L,the RBC index was(4.3±0.2)×10^12/L,the WBC index was(6.4±1.5)×10^9/L,and the 1:1000 ratio of blood cell dilution index was higher than 1:5000 ratio,the blood cell dilution index had statistical significance(χ^2=5.164,P=0.034);at room temperature,the PLT index was(183.4±19.1)×10^9/L,the HGB index was(139.4±8.1)g/L,and the RBC index was(5.2±0.2)×10^12/L,WBC index was(10.6±0.3)×10^9/L,under low temperature environment,PLT index was(133.4±24.8)×10^9/L,HGB index was(112.8±8.9)g/L,RBC index was(4.1±0.3)×10^12/L,WBC index was(6.5±1.4)×10^9/L.Compared with the low temperature level,the HGB level at room temperature is higher than the room temperature,and the PLT,WBC,and RBC levels at room temperatureare lower than the low temperature,the difference wasstatistically significant(χ^2=4.661,P=0.017).Conclusion In the process of testing blood cells,the dilution ratio of anticoagulant and storage temperature are directly related to the test results.The appropriate dilution ratio of anticoagulant and storage temperature can effectively improve the accuracy of the test results and provide clinical medical tests,which has important value.
