摘要
目的分析在糖尿病患者的治疗干预中采用预见性护理措施对降低患者低血糖发生率的影响。方法将在2020年1月-2021年1月在院内采取治疗的糖尿病患者共60例按照随机数字表法分为两组(观察组和对照组),每组30例。观察组患者采取预见性护理,对照组患者采取常规干预。对比分析在不同干预措施下,患者对护理人员的护理满意度、低血糖发生率,护理前后ADL评分、血糖水平。结果在两组患者分别干预后对患者护理满意度对比分析可见,观察组更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);在两组患者分别干预前,患者的ADL评分无差异(P>0.05),在干预后,观察组ADL评分更高,低血糖事件发生率更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);在两组患者分别干预前,患者的血糖水平无差异(P>0.05),在干预后,观察组血糖水平更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的干预中采用预见性护理干预措施能够明显降低患者低血糖事件的发生率,对稳定患者血糖水平有较高的应用效果,相较于常规护理措施,预见性护理干预措施更有利于提高患者对护理人员的满意度,并可帮助改善患者的日常生活能力,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 60 diabetic patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into two groups(observation group and control group)according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received predictive care,and patients in the control group received routine intervention.Comparative analysis of patients’satisfaction with nursing staff,incidence of hypoglycemia,ADL scores before and after nursing,and blood glucose levels under different intervention measures.Results After the intervention of the two groups,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in ADL score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group had higher ADL score and lower incidence of hypoglycemic events(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood glucose level between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose level in the observation group was lower,and the comparative statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes,and has a higher effect on stabilizing blood glucose level.Compared with routine nursing measures,predictive nursing intervention is more conducive to improving patients’satisfaction with nurses and improving their daily living ability.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
