摘要
目的 研究预见性护理对减少老年糖尿病患者低血糖发生率、提高患者护理质量的作用。方法 选择2020年5月—2022年6月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的老年糖尿病患者89例,随机分为两组,其中观察组45例,对照组44例。分别将预见性护理和常规护理应用在两组患者的护理之中,比较护理效果。结果 观察组[0例(0)]患者低血糖的发生率相比对照组[8例(18.18%)]明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量比对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年糖尿病患者实施预见性护理,可有效减少低血糖事件的发生概率,对提高患者的护理质量具有重要意义。
Objective To study the role of predictive nursing in reducing the occurrence of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients and improving the quality of patient care.Methods 89 elderly diabetic patients admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,including 45 cases in the observation group and 44 cases in the control group.The predictive nursing and routine nursing were applied to the nursing of two groups of patients,and the nursing effects were compared.Results The occurrence of hypoglycemia in the observation group [0 case(0)] was significantly lower than that in the control group [8 cases(18.18%)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing care for elderly diabetic patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia events,which is of great significance to improve the quality of nursing care for patients.
