摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病肾病血液透析患者应用预见性护理的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院114例糖尿病肾病患者,所有患者均采用血液透析治疗,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各57例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组应用预见性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组低血糖及院内感染发生率分别为3.51%、7.02%,均明显低于对照组的15.79%、31.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施预见性护理,对低血糖与院内感染的发生有积极预防作用,且可提高对患者血糖水平的控制效果,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing on diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients.Method:From January 2017 to January 2019,114 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were selected.All patients were treated with hemodialysis.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,57 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given predictive nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The incidence of hypoglycemia and nosocomial infection in the observation group were 3.51% and 7.02%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 15.79% and 31.58% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing for diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients can prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia and nosocomial infection,and improve the control effect of patients’blood glucose level,which is worth popularizing.
