摘要
目的探究中医针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及疼痛水平观察。方法选择2020年3月-2021年3月腰椎间盘突出症患者共72例,随机分为观察组(中医正骨手法联合中医针刺治疗)及对照组(中医正骨手法),每组均为36例。比较分析临床上患者的VAS评分、ODI评分、临床疗效、睡眠质量等。结果治疗后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组、腰椎功能障碍评分较低(P<0.05);观察组疾病总疗效35例(97.22%)较对照组22例(61.11%)更高(P<0.05);治疗前两组的睡眠质量评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论因此在临床上通过把中医正骨手法联合针刺治疗用于针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,安全性较高,改善患者的腰部功能,缓解疼痛症状,取得确切的疗效,改善睡眠质量,临床应用价值较佳。
Objective To explore clinical effect and pain level of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods The paper chose 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation from March 2020 to March 2021,and divided them into observation group(with traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture)and control group(with traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation)randomly,all of which were 36 cases.VAS scores,ODI scores,clinical effect and sleep quality of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,pain scores of observation group were lower than control group,scores of lumbar dysfunction were lower(P<0.05);total curative effect of 35 cases(97.22%)in observation group was higher than 22 cases(61.11%)in control group(P<0.05);before treatment,sleep quality scores of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,those of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation combined with acupuncture can improve lumbar function,relieve pain symptoms,obtain accurate curative effect,improve sleep quality in treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,which has good clinical application value.
