摘要
目的研究健脾疏肝汤联合多潘立酮治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良的效果。方法在本文研究中将我院2019年5月-2020年5月收治的肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,选取符合该研究纳入标准的60例患者,按照其门诊就诊次序,随机分为观察组30例、对照组30例,观察组予以健脾疏肝汤联合多潘立酮治疗方式、对照组予以单纯口服多潘立酮常规治疗方式,以4周为1疗程,分析并且对比两组各项指标。结果观察组VAS评分(1.02±0.22)分、胃泌素水平(72.23±1.92)103ng/mL与对照组相比具有差异(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组患者便溏、纳少、胃脘胀痛不适积分与对照组无差别(P>0.05),经过治疗后,观察组便溏(2.11±0.16)分、纳少(3.45±1.21)分、胃脘胀痛不适(1.02±0.42)分积分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率86.67%高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组食量恢复时间、食欲恢复时间、呕吐恶心消失时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)观察两组治疗后胃排空率的测定,观察组胃排空率为83.3%,对照组胃排空率为70%,组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通过对肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者实施健脾疏肝汤、多潘立酮治疗,取得显著效果。
Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with domperidone in treating functional dyspepsia due to disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods In this study,60 patients with functional dyspepsia due to disharmony between liver and stomach were selected and randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to their outpatient order.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with domperidone,and the control group was treated with domperidone alone,taking 4 weeks as a course of treatment.All indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the VAS score and gastrin level in the observation group were(1.02±0.22)and(72.23±1.92)103 ng/mL(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of loose stool,anorexia and epigastric pain and discomfort in the observation group were no different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of loose stool,anorexia and epigastric pain and discomfort in the observation group were(2.11±0.16),(3.45±1.21)and(1.02±0.42)The total effective rate of observation group was 86.67%higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of food intake,appetite and vomiting and nausea in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate in the observation group was 83.3%,while that in the control group was 70%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Spleen-invigorating Shugan Decoction and domperidone are effective in treating patients with functional dyspepsia due to disharmony between liver and stomach.
