摘要
目的探究柴胡桂枝汤加减在功能性消化不良的治疗中获得的临床疗效。方法选择2020年6月-2021年6月我院收治的53例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分组,对照组(26例)采用常规治疗,使用西药莫沙必利,并调节饮食和生活方式,观察组(27例)采用柴胡桂枝汤加减治疗,比较临床疗效、不良反应发生率、睡眠质量。结果观察组临床疗效96.30%高于对照组临床疗效76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3.70%低于对照组不良反应20.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者PQSI评分中各项得分均减少,且实验组明显少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良采用柴胡桂枝汤加减治疗相比于常规西药治疗,获得的临床疗效好,且不良反应发生率低,是更加可靠的治疗方案,同时有助于患者睡眠质量提高,总体疗效好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Patients with functional dyspepsia were selected as the research object.Development time:from June 2020 to June 2021,the number of cases:53 cases.They were divided into different groups according to the treatment scheme.The control group(26 cases)received routine treatment,used mosapride,and adjusted diet and lifestyle.The observation group(27 cases)was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.30%higher than that of the control group was 76.92%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.70%,lower than 20.77%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,PQSI scores were reduced in both groups and significantly less in the experimental group with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,functional dyspepsia is obtained with good clinical effect and low incidence of adverse reactions,which is a more reliable treatment plan,and helps to improve the sleep quality of patients,and the overall curative effect is good and worth promoting.
