摘要
目的探究健康教育结合疾病管理对幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的作用。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月于我院接受治疗以及体检的近1000例人员,遵循随机的原则进行分组,每组500例人员,展示不同文化程度的所有人员对于健康教育的需求,其中对照组人员予以健康教育,而观察组则在此基础上予以疾病管理,比较两组人员在不同时段检出于Hp阳性的例数、有效治疗例数。结果最为全体群众关注的即是Hp用药治疗、疾病知识以及心理指导等几方面;观察组患者在教育后的不同时段的检出率以及治愈情况均优于对照组患者;观察组患者的转阴率以及复检率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论为民众进行健康教育,增加患者对于Hp的认知有效减少患者的发病几率,增加患者及家属对于疾病的重视程度,从源头预防,减少相互传染的几率,以此达到减少医疗成本,促进全民健康目的;并且在临床治疗Hp阳性患者的过程之中应用疾病管理是能够保障患者治疗表现以及预后情况的,值得在临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with disease management on patients with positive Helicobacter pylori.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,nearly 1000 people who received treatment and physical examination in our hospital were randomly divided into groups.Each group has 500 people,showing the needs of all people with different education levels for health education.The control group has health education,while the observation group has disease management on this basis,comparing the two groups in different periods The number of HP positive cases and effective treatment cases were examined.Results The most concern of the whole people is the treatment of HP,disease knowledge and psychological guidance.The detection rate and cure condition of the patients in the observation group in different periods after education are better than those in the control group.The negative conversion rate and retest rate of the patients in the observation group are significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Carry out health education for the public,increase the patients’awareness of HP,effectively reduce the incidence of patients,increase the attention of patients and their families to the disease,prevent from the source,reduce the chance of mutual infection,so as to reduce the medical cost and promote the health of the whole people;and in the process of clinical treatment of HP positive patients,the application of disease management can guarantee the treatment of patients,it is worth to use in clinical practice.
