摘要
目的探讨加强门诊处方审核与点评分析对提高合理用药水平的影响。方法将2018年1月-2019年3月未加强门诊处方审核与点评的2100张处方中选取200张处方设为对照组,另选2019年4月-2020年6月加强门诊处方审核与点评的2100张处方中选取200张处方设为观察组,对两组不合理处方(包括用药与诊断不符、重复给药、抗生素不合理应用、药物用法用量不合理、使用药物类型不合理、重复给药、用药剂量不合理)进行对比分析。结果观察组用药与诊断不符、重复给药、抗生素不合理应用、药物用法用量不合理、使用药物类型不合理、联合用药不合理发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊处方审核与点评分析能有效提高合理用药的水平,减少用药与诊断不符、重复给药、抗生素不合理应用、药物用法用量不合理、使用药物类型不合理、联合用药不合理发生率等不合理用药情况发生。
Objective To explore the influence of strengthening the review and analysis of outpatient prescriptions on improving the level of rational drug use.Methods Select 200 prescriptions from the 2100 prescriptions that did not strengthen the review and review of outpatient prescriptions from January 2018 to March 2019 as the control group,and select the 2100 that strengthened the review and review of outpatient prescriptions from April 2019 to June 2020.Two hundred prescriptions were selected as the observation group,and the two groups of unreasonable prescriptions(including medication and diagnosis inconsistent,repeated administration,unreasonable use of antibiotics,unreasonable usage and dosage of drugs,unreasonable types of drugs,repeated administration,the dosage is unreasonable)for comparative analysis.Results The incidence of medication inconsistent with the diagnosis,repeated administration,irrational use of antibiotics,irrational drug usage and dosage,irrational types of drugs used,and irrational combination medications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Outpatient prescription review and review analysis can effectively improve the level of rational drug use,reduce the incidence of drug inconsistency with diagnosis,repeated administration,irrational use of antibiotics,irrational usage and dosage of drugs,irrational types of drugs used,and irrational incidence of combination drugs,etc.irrational use of drugs occurred.
