摘要
目的分析药剂科加强处方管理对医院抗菌药物用药水平产生的影响。方法选取淄博市妇幼保健院2020年1—12月阶段的200份处方,此阶段实施常规管理(管理前),选取2021年1—12月的200份处方,此阶段开始进行加强处方管理(管理后),对比管理前后综合指标以及平均用药种类。结果管理前后抗菌药物处方合理率分别为75.00%和90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,患者平均用药种类显著减少,抗菌药物应用比例、联合用药比例降低,基本药物比例提升,不良反应发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药剂科加强处方管理后大大提升了科室抗菌药物用药水平,能够科学合理地应用抗菌药物,提升基本药物使用率,减少抗菌药物滥用现象。
Objective To analyze the impact of enhanced prescription management in the pharmacy department on the level of antimicrobial drug use in hospitals.Methods 200 prescriptions was selected for the period in the Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2020,during which regular management was implemented before management,200 prescriptions were selected and enhanced prescription management was started from January to December 2021 after management.The comprehensive indexes as well as the average medication type were compared before and after management.Results The rational rate of antimicrobial drug prescription before and after management was 75.00%and 90.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the average type of drug use of patients was significantly reduced,the proportion of antibacterial drugs used and the proportion of combined drugs were increased,the proportion of essential drugs was significantly reduced,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After strengthening prescription management in the pharmacy department,the level of antimicrobial drug use in the department was greatly improved,which can scientifically and rationally apply antimicrobial drugs,improve the utilization rate of essential drugs,and reduce the phenomenon of antimicrobial drug abuse.
