摘要
目的通过对95503张门诊处方进行点评分析,以提高临床用药水平。方法以《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》为依据,抽取我院2011年7月至12月的门诊处方95503张,逐一审查并填写处方评价表和不合格处方登记表,并对处方基本指标、不合理处方类型及比例进行统计分析。结果各项处方基本指标皆趋于合理,不合理处方比例在持续下降。结论充分利用医院信息系统开展处方点评,健全处方质量管理制度,有助于提高医院的合理用药水平。
Objective To improve the rational application of drugs by evaluating our hospital outpa- tient prescription. Methods With a random sampling method, we selected 95503 cases of outpatient prescrip- tions from July to December 2011 as research data. According to ＂Prescription Management＂ and ＂Hospital pre- scription Review Management Practices （Trial）＂ ,prescriptions were reviewed one by one and filled in prescrip- tion evaluation form as well as statistical analysis on prescription basic indicators and proportion of unsuitable prescription. Results Our hospital prescription basic indicators are suitable. Steady decline in the proportion of unsuitable prescriptions. Conclusion Completed prescription quality management system and fully use hospital information to make prescription comments can improve hospital＇s level and promote rational use of drugs.
