摘要
口腔真菌感染指的是念珠菌等真菌在口腔内过度生长并引发感染的情况。近年来,随着人们生活方式和饮食习惯的改变,口腔真菌感染的发病率不断上升,给患者的生活质量和健康状况带来了严重影响。深入分析口腔真菌感染的病原菌分布特征以及危险因素是预防和治疗该病的基础,目前,关于口腔真菌感染病原菌分布特征及危险因素的研究已经取得了一定的进展。本文对口腔病原菌种类及分布、口腔真菌生物学特性与致病机制、口腔真菌感染的危险因素等进行了综述,旨在更好地预防和治疗口腔真菌感染,提高患者的生活质量和健康状况。
Oral fungal infection refers to the overgrowth of fungi such as Candida in the mouth and causes infection.In recent years,with the change of people's lifestyle and diet habits,the incidence of oral fungal infections has been increasing,which has seriously affected the quality of life and health of patients.In-depth analysis of the distribution characteristics and risk factors of oral fungal infection is the basis of prevention and treatment of oral fungal infection.At present,the research on the distribution characteristics and risk factors of oral fungal infection has made some progress.In this paper,the species and distribution of oral pathogens,biological characteristics and pathogenic mechanisms of oral fungi,and risk factors of oral fungal infection were reviewed,aiming at better prevention and treatment of oral fungal infection and improving the quality of life and health of patients.
