摘要
念珠菌属是最常见的真菌感染病原体,因其高发病率和危害性而成为一个威胁全球数百万人口健康的公共卫生问题。念珠菌侵入人体后会不可避免地受到免疫系统的防御,两者间的互相作用决定了念珠菌感染的严重程度。本文概述了免疫系统与念珠菌作用的机制,并从念珠菌的形态变化、粘附因子与生物膜、分泌型酶类、营养获取系统和细胞程序性死亡诱导能力等多个方面入手,阐述念珠菌属多方位的免疫逃逸与生存的策略,旨在对念珠菌如何应对人体免疫系统和相关生物学机制进行较为系统性的介绍。
Candida spp.is the most common pathogen of fungal infection.Because of its high incidence rate and harmfulness,it has become a public health problem threatening the health of millions of people worldwide.After Candida invades the human body,it will inevitably be defended by the immune system,and the interaction between the two determines the severity of Candida infection.This review provides an overview of the mechanism of the interaction between the immune system and Candida,and elaborates on the multi-dimensional immune escape and survival strategies of Candida spp.from various aspects such as the morphological changes,adhesion factors and biofilms,secretory enzymes,nutrient acquisition systems,and programmed cell death induction capabilities,aiming to provide a systematic introduction to howCandida spp.responds to the human immune system and related biological mechanisms.
