摘要
自1978年中共十一届三中全会以来的40年,是中国特色社会主义取得伟大成就的40年,是中国法治发展波澜壮阔的40年。40年间,中国法治建设历经法制创建新时期、依法治国新阶段、全面依法治国新时代三个历史阶段,发生三次历史性飞跃。在40年发展历程中,中国法治留下了辉煌的历史轨迹,显现出中国特色社会主义法治发展的鲜明特征和规律。40年的法治建设不仅取得了历史性成就,为实现法治现代化、建成社会主义法治强国打下了坚实基础,而且积累了一系列宝贵经验,形成了一整套科学理论。
China’s socialist course has achieved great success for 40 years since the Third Session of the 11th Party’s Committee,as well as with the great achievements in the building of China’s rule of law.During the 40 years,the construction of rule of lawin China has experienced 3 stages,which were differentiated as the period of building up the legal system,period of running the country accordance with the law,and,period of comprehensive rule of law,and through those periods the historical progress has been made.In 40 years,the building of rule of lawin China has made remarkable achievements that with obvious features of rule of lawin socialist country and developing logic,which laid a solid foundation in the realization of legal modernization and the realization of strong country with comprehensive rule of law.
