摘要
杭州是典型的沿海特大城市,在全面启动郊区新城建设初期,亟须在理论上进行有益探索。文章通过比较杭州郊区新城与同类新城发展情况,借鉴上海郊区发展先行经验,提出杭州郊区新城发展的三个建议:首先要将郊区新城打造成为城市的经济增长极,为传统制造业和先进制造业提供栖息地;其次要将其打造成为综合性城市,实现职住平衡;最后要立足大都市圈的框架下将其打造成为节点城市,构建区域一体化,实现共同富裕。
Hangzhou is a typical coastal megacity.In the initial stage of starting the construction of new suburban cities,it is urgent to make useful theoretical research and explore appropriate models.This paper compares the development of new suburban cities in Hangzhou with similar new cities,draws on the first experience of Shanghai,and puts forward three suggestions for the development of new suburban cities in Hangzhou.First,the new suburban cities must be built into the Hangzhou’s economic growth pole,providing habitat for traditional and advanced manufacturing;second,it must be built into a comprehensive city to achieve a balance of work and housing;and third,it must be built into a node city based on the metropolitan circle framework,with regional integration and realizing common prosperity.
