摘要
目的:验证虚拟现实技术减少流动青少年社交焦虑的有效性以及沉浸感的中介作用。方法:将深圳某民办学校流动青少年33人(平均年龄13.50±1.35岁)随机分为虚拟现实暴露组和对照组,虚拟现实暴露组完成了六次30分钟的不同焦虑等级的VR内容场景干预,前测与后测均填写了社交焦虑量表(SASC),后测填写了沉浸感量表(IPQ)。结果:①相比对照组,虚拟现实暴露组在干预后的社交焦虑水平显著降低(P=0.016);②沉浸感在虚拟现实暴露减少社交焦虑的过程中有中介作用(a*b=0.112,SE=0.076,Boots CI=[0.079,0.331])。结论:虚拟现实技术有效降低了流动青少年群体的社交焦虑,虚拟现实暴露通过唤起个体的沉浸感进而降低社交焦虑。
Objective:To verify the effect of virtual reality exposure on reducing social anxiety symptoms of migrant adolescents and explore the mediating role of sense of presence in this relationship.Methods:A total of 33 migrant adolescents from Shenzhen were randomly recruited and divided into a virtual reality exposure group(VR group)and a control group respectively.The social anxiety scale for Children(SASC)was filled in the pre-test and post-test,and the sense of presence scale(IPQ)was used to build a mediation model.Results:①Compared with the control group,the social anxiety level of the VR group was significantly reduced after the intervention(P=0.016);②Sense of presence had a mediating role in the process of reducing the social anxiety of the virtual reality exposure(a*b=0.112,SE=0.076,Boots CI=[0.079,0.331]).Conclusion:Virtual reality exposure can effectively reduce social anxiety among Chinese migrant adolescents,while sense of presence plays as a mediator role in this process.
