摘要
目的探讨模拟人在产科实习教学在的应用及价值。方法选择该院2018年1月-2019年1月产科40名实习学生作为研究对象,根据随机数字表随机分为两组,常规教学方法组采用常规教学方法,模拟人教学方法组采用模拟人教学方法,观察指标包括实习学生能力自我评价和教学模式评价。采用自制调查问卷调查实习学生能力自我评价,包括学习能力、分析解决产科临床问题能力、产科团队协作能力、产科紧急情况处理能力;同时问卷调查教学模式评价,包括继发学习兴趣、理论实践相结合、提高学习效率、提高沟通协作能力、提高技能、教学过程直观等。结果模拟人教学方法组实习学生能力自我评价中学习能力、分析解决产科临床问题能力、产科团队协作能力、产科紧急情况处理能力均明显高于常规教学方法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模拟人教学方法组继发学习兴趣、理论实践相结合、提高学习效率、提高沟通协作能力、提高技能、教学过程直观均明显高于常规教学方法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟人教学方法在产科教学的应用有利于提高实习学生学习能力和获得学生的认可。
Objective To explore the application and value of obstetrics in obstetrics practice teaching. Methods Forty students from the obstetrics department from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table. The conventional teaching method group used conventional teaching methods, and the simulated human teaching method group used simulated human teaching. Observation indicators include self-evaluation of students’ ability and teaching mode evaluation. Self-assessment of self-assessment of internship students using self-made questionnaires, including learning ability, ability to analyze and resolve obstetric clinical problems, ability to collaborate with obstetrics teams, and ability to deal with emergencies in obstetrics;meanwhile, assessment of questionnaire teaching modes, including the combination of secondary learning interests and theoretical practice,improve learning efficiency, improve communication and collaboration, improve skills, intuitive teaching process, and so on.Results The learning ability, the ability to analyze and solve obstetric clinical problems, the ability to cooperate with obstetrics, and the ability to deal with emergency situations in obstetrics were significantly higher than those in the conventional teaching method group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The simulation teaching method group has a secondary learning interest, a combination of theoretical practice, improved learning efficiency, improved communication and collaboration ability, improved skills, and intuitive teaching process are significantly higher than the conventional teaching method group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of simulation teaching method in obstetrics teaching is beneficial to improving the learning ability of students in practice and gaining students’ recognition.
