角色扮演实践教学在医学生急诊医学实习中的应用 被引量:9

Application of the Role-Playing Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching for Medical Students in Emergency Medicine

摘要 目的:探讨角色扮演实践教学在医学生急诊医学实习中的应用效果。方法:选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2012级临床医学专业实习学生65人,随机分成2组。对照组32人,采用传统临床实习方式;实验组33人,采用角色扮演实践教学方式。实习结束后,比较2组实习学生出科考试成绩以及学生对教学方式的评价。结果:实验组学生出科考试成绩(88. 44±7. 25)明显高于对照组(75. 31±5. 73)(P <0. 05);实验组学生对教学方法满意度达到100. 00%,显著高于对照组的80. 65%(P <0. 05);虽然实验组学生对知识掌握理解达到96. 97%,对照组83. 87%,但2组差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); 96. 97%的实验组学生认为提高了医患沟通能力,显著高于对照组的74. 19%(P <0. 05)。结论:角色扮演实践教学方式有助于临床实习学生对急诊医学知识的掌握,提高医患沟通能力。 [Objective] To explore the application of role-playing teaching method in clinical teaching for medical students in emergency medicine. [Method] 65 medical students from Shengjing Hospital of China M edical University w ere randomly distributed into tw o groups. The control group( n = 32) w as trained w ith traditional teaching method and the experimental group( n = 33) w as trained w ith role-playing teaching method. The test scores and teaching methods evaluation w ere compared betw een the tw o groups after clinical practice. [Result]The test scores of the experimental group( 88. 444 ± 7. 251) w ere significantly higher than the control group( 75. 307 ± 5. 733)( P〈0. 05).Students' satisfaction w ith teaching methods in the experimental group w as 100. 00%,extremely higher than that in the control group( 80. 645%). Although the students' satisfaction w ith know ledge understanding in the experimental group w as 96. 97%,higher than that in the control group( 83. 871%),the difference w as not statistically significant( P〈0.05). Students' satisfaction w ith communication ability in the experimental group( 96. 970%) w as significantly higher than that in the control group( 74. 193%)( P〈0. 05). [Conclusion] The role-playing teaching method can encourage the students to study emergency medicine and is beneficial for communication ability promotion.
