摘要
OBE(Outcome-based Education)即产出导向教育,是一种以"学生为中心"、以"学生的学习成果为导向"的教育理念。基于OBE教育理念,对学前教育专业实践教学进行研究,发现存在以下问题:实践教学课程忽视以学生为中心、实践教学目标支撑毕业要求不准确、实践教学管理不够规范、实践教学质量保障体系缺失、实践教学质量评价体系不够合理等,对此提出如下建议:实践教学以学生毕业要求为指导,优化实践教学课程体系;以产出结果为要求,完善实践教学课程大纲;以协同育人为宗旨,实施实践教学过程化管理;以学习成果为目标,构建实践教学质量保障体系;以社会需求为导向,重构实践教学质量评价体系。
Outcome-based Education(OBE)stands for output-oriented education.It is an educational philosophy that takes"students as the center"and"students’learning outcomes as the orientation".Based on OBE education idea,the research on the practical teaching of preschool education majors has found the following problems:practical teaching curriculum ignores student-centeredness;the teaching goal to support graduation requirements is not accurate;the teaching management is not standard;it is lack of practical teaching quality assurance system and the practice teaching quality evaluation system is not reasonable.The following suggestions are put forward:optimize the practical teaching curriculum system based on the graduation requirements of students;improve the syllabus of practical teaching based on the requirements of output;implement the practical teaching process management with the purpose of collaborative education;construct the quality assurance system of practical teaching taking learning results as the goal;reconstruct the evaluation system of practical teaching quality based on social demands.
