摘要
辅导员工作聚焦学生全面成长,是落实立德树人根本任务的主要阵地。辅导员依法依规开展工作,对学生开展法治教育可以优化学生管理、保护学生合法权利、增强育人实效。当前辅导员工作中法治思想的缺失主要表现为忽视学生权利、忽略正当程序、自身法治素养不高、忽视学生法治教育和法治需求。在立德树人背景下,辅导员应深入学习习近平法治思想,努力提高思想政治教育水平,严格对标依法治校要求,全面营造法治校园文化氛围,将辅导员工作的法治细节充分展现。
The work of counselors focuses on the comprehensive growth and development of students,which is the main battlefield for ensuring the fundamental mission of fostering virtue.Counselors carry out their work in accordance with the law and regulations,and fully develop legal education for students,which can optimize student management,protect students’legitimate rights,and enhance the effectiveness of education.The lack of rule of law in the current work of counselors mainly manifests as neglecting students’rights,neglecting due process,counselors themselves having low legal literacy,and neglecting students’legal education and legal needs.In the context of fostering virtue through education,counselors should deeply study Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,strive to improve the level of ideological and political education,strictly satisfy the requirements of governing schools by law,comprehensively create a culture of rule of law in campuses,and fully demonstrate the rule by law of counselor work.
