摘要
在全面推进依法治国新形势下,高校辅导员队伍加强自身法律素养,提升整体法治水平势在必行。辅导员队伍整体素质较高,高校对其管理较为到位;但目前因顶层设计不够完善、高校重视程度不足、社会认同度不高、辅导员自身限制等原因,造成法治素养水平不能满足现实之需求。这需要国家完善顶层设计、学校拓展培训机制、社会营造法治氛围以及辅导员主动学习形成四者,联动机制,开辟辅导员队伍专家化发展的新路径。
As China fully promotes the rule of law,it becomes imperative for college advisors to up their level of legal literacy and improve the level of the rule of law across the board.College advisors as a whole have good legal literacy and the school s management is fine.Yet,owing to the imperfect top-level design,inadequate attention from the university,lack of social recognition and their own limitations,college advisors fail to meet the demand of reality as far as legal literacy is concerned.Improvement of the situation depends on the state s effort to better the top-level design,the university s effort to expand the training mechanism,society s effort to create a favorable environment for the rule of law and college advisors active learning on the way to the team s specialization.
