摘要
参照GB 5009.97—2016中气相色谱法测定葡萄汁饮料中的甜蜜素含量,分析了测量过程中的不确定度来源,评定了影响测量的不确定度分量,计算了合成与扩展不确定度。结果表明,当葡萄汁饮料中甜蜜素含量为0.354 g·kg^(-1)时,扩展不确定度为0.008 6 g·kg^(-1),且在测量过程中标准溶液赋值对测定结果影响较大。
Referring to the determination of cyclamate content in grape juice drinks by gas chromatography in GB 5009.97—2016,the source of uncertainty in the measurement process is analyzed,the uncertainty components affecting the measurement are evaluated,and the synthetic and expanded uncertainties are calculated.The results showed that when the content of cyclamate in grape juice beverage was 0.354 g·kg^(-1),the expanded uncertainty was 0.008 6 g·kg^(-1),and the assignment of standard solution had a great influence on the determination results.
