不同覆土处理对黑皮鸡枞子实体生长发育的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Different Type of Casing Layer on the Growth and Development of the Fruiting Body of Oudemansiella raphanipes

摘要 为了筛选出黑皮鸡枞适应热带雨林高温高湿条件的栽培方式,设计菌包袋口覆盖7种不同搭配的土质(红土、沙土、黑土、红沙混土、黑沙混土、红黑混土、红黑沙混土)以及不覆土对照处理,得出不同覆土处理下黑皮鸡枞的原基形成时间、育菇时长、子实体形态以及产量。结果表明:红黑沙混土最适宜黑皮鸡枞子实体的生长发育,能促使原基快速形成,促进子实体菌柄增长增粗和菌盖变大变厚,提高出菇速率和生物学转化率,同时能保持相对较长时间的育菇出菇,最终获得最高产量,比不覆土增加了253.31%。 In order to screen out the cultivation mode of Oudemansiella raphanipes to adapt to the high temperature and high humidity conditions of the tropical rainforest,seven different type of casing layer(red soil,sand,black soil,the mixed soil ofred soil and sand,the mixed soil ofblack soil and sand,the mixed soil ofred and black soil,the mixed soil of red soil,black soil and sand)and the control treatment of no casing layerwere designed to cover the mouth of the bag,and the original formation time,mushroom growing time,the morphological characteristicsof the fruiting body and yieldof Oudemansiella raphanipes under different type of casing layer were obtained.The results showed that the mixed soil of red soil,black soil and sand was the most suitable for the growth and development of the fruiting body of Oudemansiella raphanipes.It could promote the rapid formation of primordium,Increase lengthand diameter of stipe and the width and thickness of the cap of it’s fruiting body.It could improve the rate of mushroom production and the biological conversion rate.At the same time,it could keep a relatively long time for mushroom production,and finally obtain the highest yield,which was increased by 253.31%compared with that of the uncovered soil.
