摘要
双孢蘑菇是一种世界性的食用菌,具有较高的栽培推广价值。从品种选择、覆土研究、培养料配方、设施内环境调控、栽培模式5个方面综述了双孢蘑菇模式化栽培技术研究进展,指出了模式化栽培技术的关键与创新栽培模式的必要性,并提出了今后双孢蘑菇模式化栽培技术进一步的研究方向和发展趋势。
