摘要
目的了解清远市鼠类汉坦病毒(HV)携带情况和健康人群HV感染状况,为预防和控制肾综合征出血热(HFRS)疫情的发生提供依据。方法通过酶联免疫法检测鼠类血清和健康人群血清中HV抗体,Real-Time PCR法检测鼠肺组织的HV,对清远市HFRS宿主动物和健康人群的感染率进行检测和分析。结果共捕获鼠类198只,其中鼠血清HV抗体阳性率为6.60%,HV核酸检测阳性率为4.55%,均为汉城型病毒(SEOV)。健康人群血清HV抗体阳性率为2.86%。结论清远市鼠类存在汉坦病毒感染,所携带病毒以汉城型病毒为主,有发生人间HFRS的潜在危险,提示应进一步加强该地区HFRS人间疫情和鼠类的监测,大力开展防鼠灭鼠行动。
[Objective] To investigate the carriage status of Hantavirus(HV) in rat and HV infection of health people in Qingyuan City, provide the evidence for the prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). [Methods] HV antibodies in rat serum and health people serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), HV in rat lung tissues was detected by Real-Time PCR. The infection rate of HFRS host animals and health people in Qingyuan City was detected and analyzed.[Results] A total of 198 rats were captured. The positive rate of HV antibody in rat serum was 6.60%, the positive rate of HV nucleic acid was 4.55%, and all viruses belonged to SEOV. The positive rate of HV antibody in health people serum was 2.86%. [ Conclusion ] There is Hantavirus infection in rat in Qingyuan City, and the carried viruses belong to SEOV, indicating a potential risk of human HFRS. It is necessary to further strengthen the surveillance on epidemic situation of human HFRS and rats, and actively carry out rodent control work.
