摘要
高超声速飞行器战略意义极高,是各国的关注要点。面向高超声速飞行器实时仿真的需求,提出基于CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)的高超声速飞行器多工况解集建模方法,通过积累大量离线状态解作为在线计算的有效支撑,平衡求解精度与求解效率之间的矛盾。具体以X-43A为研究对象,通过三维建模和网格划分建立计算模型,基于CFD软件Fluent进行多工况仿真。在实现大规模计算任务自动化批处理的基础上,构建出高超声速飞行器多工况稠密解集。对求解结果进行分析,其流场特性和气动特性很好地符合理论规律。
Hypersonic vehicle has great strategic significance and is of great concern to all countries.To meet the requirement of real-time simulation of hypersonic vehicle,a CFD-based multi-condition numerical modeling method is proposed.By accumulating a large number of off-line state solutions as an effective support for on-line calculation,the contradiction between accuracy and efficiency of simulation is balanced.Taking X-43 A as the research object,a computational model is established and the multi-condition simulation is carried out based on CFD software Fluent.With batch processing problem solved,the dense multi-condition solution set of hypersonic vehicle is constructed.The results show that the flow field and aerodynamic characteristics are in good agreement with the theoretical law.
