基于CFD的高超声速飞行器模型建立及面向控制建模研究

摘要 针对高超声速飞行器带有非线性、强耦合等特性的复杂模型分析问题,采用计算流体动力学(computationalfluiddynamics,CFD)方法,在构建机身三维结构的基础上,设置计算流域、计算网格、计算模型,得到不同飞行状态下的关键气动力数据,并结合数据拟合技术,获得了多项式形式的气动力数学模型。考虑包含过多交叉耦合项和高阶项的模型形式过于复杂给控制器设计带来难题的问题,采用基于蒙特卡洛仿真的敏感性分析方法,从影响模型使用的风险因素入手,将模型中的拟合参数视为简化模型中的风险因素,结合模型状态输出建立安全性评价指标,利用敏感性参数分析技术给出面向控制建模分析的数学模型。结果表明:基于敏感性分析定量指标获得了简化后易于控制器设计的面向控制高超声速飞行器的数学模型。 The nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of hypersonic vehicles pose challenges to their complex model analysis.A computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to set up the computational basin,computational grid and computational model on the basis of constructing the three-dimensional structure of the fuselage.The key aerodynamic data under different flight conditions were obtained,and the polynomial aerodynamic mathematical model was obtained by data fitting technology.To address the difficulty of controller design caused by the complex model with too many cross-coupling terms and high-order terms,the sensitivity analysis method based on Monte Carlo simulation was adopted.Considering the risk factors affecting the use of the model,the fitting parameters in the model were regarded as the risk factors in the simplified model,and the safety evaluation index was established in combination with the state output of the model.The mathematical model for control modeling analysis was given using the sensitivity parameter analysis technique.The results show that a simplified control-oriented mathematical model suitable for controller design for hypersonic vehicles has been obtained based on the quantitative indexes obtained from sensitivity analysis.
