摘要
目的分析老年高血压合并高脂血症应用辛伐他汀联合银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治高血压并高脂血症患者160例,采用随机法分为2组,每组各80例。采用辛伐他汀治疗患者为对照组,采用辛伐他汀联合银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗患者为试验组,比较两组治疗前后血压水平及血脂指标水平。结果治疗后,试验组收缩压与舒张压水平低于对照组,试验组TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者,应用辛伐他汀联合银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗,可有效改善其血压及血脂水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of simvastatin combined with Yindan Xinnaotong soft Capsule in the treatment of elderly hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 160 patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia was treated in our hospital as study subjects,by using a random method into two groups.The control group and the experimental group,80 cases each group were treated with simvastatin as the control group,patients treated with simvastatin combined with Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule were the experimental group.The blood pressure levels and blood lipid index levels of the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,TC,TG and LDL-C levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For senile patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,simvastatin combined with Yindanxinnaotong soft capsule treatment plays an important role in improving their blood pressure and blood lipids.
