摘要
目的分析原发性高血压患者应用常规降压药结合黛力新治疗的效果。方法选取2019年10月—2021年9月平煤神马集团总医院收治的原发性高血压120例患者,将应用常规降压药治疗的60例作为对照组,将在对照组的基础上加用黛力新治疗的60例作为观察组,对比两种方案的应用效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(85.00%)高于对照组(63.33%),治疗后舒张压和收缩压水平低于对照组,白天平均收缩压变异系数(dSCV)、白天平均舒张压变异系数(dDCV)、夜间平均收缩压变异系数(nSCV)、夜间平均舒张压变异系数(nDCV)、24h平均收缩压变异系数(SCV)、24h平均舒张压变异系数(DCV)、醛固酮(ALD)、醛固酮与肾素活性比值(ARR)水平也低于对照组,肾素活性(PRA)水平显著高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率组间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对原发性高血压患者应用常规降压药联合黛力新治疗可显著改善其病情,减少不良反应,提升生活质量,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of conventional antihypertensive drugs combined with Deanxit therapy in patients with essential hypertension.Methods In our hospital from October 2019 to September 2021 were treated 120 cases of primary hypertension patients as the research object,they were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases),patients of the control group were used conventional antihypertensive drug treatment,patients of the observation group were added Deanxit on the basis of the the control group,compared the application effect of two kinds of schemes.Results The total effective rate of observation group(85.00%)was higher than that of control group(63.33%),and the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure after treatment were lower than that of control group.The levels of dSCV,dDCV,nSCV,nDCV,SCV,DCV,ALD and ARR in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the level of PRA was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional antihypertensive drugs combined with Deanxit therapy can significantly improve the condition of essential hypertension patients,improve their quality of life,and less adverse reactions,is worth promoting in clinical application.
