摘要
目的:探讨脑肿瘤手术患者术后护理中应用系统护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月我院收治的共计86例脑肿瘤手术患者,以随机数字表法分成干预组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予系统护理,对两组生理指标、生活质量及并发症进行比较。结果:干预后两组心率、平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))高于干预前,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分高于干预前,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组(6.98%)并发症发生率较对照组更低(23.26%)(P<0.05)。结论:脑肿瘤手术患者术后应用系统护理,能够改善生理指标,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing in postoperative nursing care of patients with brain tumor.Methods:A total of 86 patients with brain tumor undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected,and divided into the intervention group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given systematic care.The physiological indicators,quality of life,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the GQOL-74 in both groups were higher than before intervention,and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group(23.26%),the incidence of complications in the intervention group(6.98%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic nursing after brain tumor surgery can improve the physiological indicators,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
