摘要
目的:研究东北天南星的化学成分。方法:东北天南星块茎的80%乙醇提取物,经MCI树脂柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱及制备HPLC等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物结构。结果:从东北天南星80%乙醇提取物中共分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:落叶松脂醇(1)、阿魏酸(2)、对羟基桂皮酸(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、异夏佛托苷(6)、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖-8-C-β-D-木糖苷(7)、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-半乳糖-8-C-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(8)、5-羟基-麦芽酚(9)、愈创木基丙三醇(10)、roseosideⅡ(11)。结论:除化合物6外,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、4、9~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Arisaema amurense.Methods:Column chromatography of Sephadex LH-20,MCI and preparative HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds from 80%alcohol extract of Arisaema amurense and their structures were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from 80%alcohol extract of Arisaema amurense and identified as lariciresinol(1),ferulic acid(2),p-hydroxyl cinnamicacid(3),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(4),caffeic acid(5),isofotoside(6),apigenin-6-C-β-D-glycopyranosyl-8-C-β-D-xyloside(7),apigenin-6-C-β-D-galactosyl-8-C-α-L-arabinoside(8),5-hydroxymaltol(9),guaiacylglycerol(10),roseosideⅡ(11).Conclusions:All compounds expect compound 6 are isolated from the plant for the first time.Compound 1,2,4,9 to 11 are isolated from Arisaema genus for the first time.
