摘要
目的:对甜槠树叶中的多酚类化学成分进行研究。方法:采用Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP 20P、Chromatorex C18等多种柱层析对甜槠树叶提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析并结合文献对照鉴定化合物结构。结果:从甜槠树叶中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为:没食子酸乙酯(1)、丁香酸(2)、二氢芥子醇(3)、咖啡酸乙酯(4)、秦皮素(5)、秦皮乙素(6)、1′-(3,4-二羟基肉桂酰)环戊烷-2′,3′-二醇(7)、3,4,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-δ-truxinate(8)、dehydrodigallic acid(9)、dehydrotrigallic acid(10)、6-O-没食子酰基熊果苷(11)、6″-O-galloylsalidroside(12)、龙胆酸-5-O-β-D-(6′-O-没食子酰基)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)、castamollissin(14)、3,4,5-trihydroxybenzyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-(6″-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside(15)、1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyohenyl)-2-[4-(3-rhamnopyranoxypropyl)-2-hydroxyphenoxyl]-1,3-propanediol(16)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Castanopsis eyrei.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods,such as Sephadex LH-20,MCI gel CHP 20P,Chromatorex C18,et al,and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and comparison with literatures.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Castanopsis eyrei and identified as ethyl gallate(1),syringic acid(2),dihydrosyringenin(3),ethyl caffeate(4),fraxetin(5),esculetin(6),1'-(3,4-dihydroxycinnamoyl)cyclopentane-2',3'-diol(7),3,4,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-δ-truxinate(8),dehydrodigallic acid(9),dehydrotrigallic acid(10),6-O-galloylarbutin(11),6″-O-galloylsalidroside(12),gentisic acid-5-O-β-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside(13),castamollissin(14),3,4,5-trihydroxybenzyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-(6″-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside(15),1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyohenyl)-2-[4-(3-rhamnopyranoxypropyl)-2-hydroxyphenoxyl]-1,3-propanediol(16).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from Castanopsis eyrei for the first time.
