基于MaxEnt模型的防风生境适宜区预测及生态特征研究 被引量:3

Estimation of Suitable Habitat Area and Ecological Characteristics of Saposhnikovia divaricata Based on MaxEnt Model

摘要 目的:通过对中药材防风进行生境适宜区分布的研究,为我国防风的野生资源有效保护与合理开发、产区布局以及规范化种植提供参考。方法:利用131个防风地理位置与35个环境因子数据,通过MaxEnt模型对我国三级重点保护野生药材防风的生境适宜区进行预测并分析影响其分布的主要环境因子。结果:模型预测结果的可信度高,可以用来预测防风生境适宜区的分布;生境适宜区总面积约144.51万km^(2),其中高度适宜区约为10.10万km^(2),涉及地貌类型为平原和丘陵;影响防风分布的主导环境因子依次为温度季节性变化标准差、降水量季变异系数、最暖季度降水量、海拔、最干季度降水量及上层土壤可交换钠盐。结论:黑龙江西部、内蒙古中西部为高度适生区集中分布区域,是防风野生资源保护和人工种植的首选之地。在栽培选址时,应考虑季节间温度的变化、土壤湿度和酸碱度及海拔因素。 Objective:To study the distribution of habitat suitable areas of Saposhnikovia divaricata,so as to provide references for effective conservation and rational development of wild resources,production distribution and standardized planting in China.Methods:Using 131 geographical locations of Saposhnikovia divaricata and 35 environmental factors,MaxEnt model was used to predict the suitable habitat areas of Saposhnikovia divaricata,the national third level key-protected wild medicinal materials,and analyze main environmental factors affecting its distribution in the paper.Results:The prodiction results of the model were highly reliable and could be used to predict the suitable habitat areas distribution of Saposhnikovia divaricata.The total area of habitat suitable area was about 144.51×10^(4)km^(2),of which the highly suitable area was about 10.10×10^(4)km^(2),the geomorphic types involved were plain and hilly areas.The dominant environmental factors affecting the distribution of Saposhnikovia divaricata were temperature seasonality,precipitation seasonality CV,precipitation of warmest quarter,altitude,precipitation of driest quarter and exchangeable sodium salts in upper soil.Conclusion:The western part of Heilongjiang and the central and western part of Inner Mongolia are highly suitable areas,which are the first choice for the protection of Saposhnikovia divaricata wild resources and artificial planting.Interseasonal temperature changes,soil moisture,soil pH and elevation factors should be taken into account when selecting the site for cultivation.
