摘要
在高职院校“百万扩招”背景下,基于高职专业学院中药学专业学生的学情,分析本专业人才培养模式存在的问题,围绕人才培养目标、课程设置、教学形式和方法、教学内容、师资队伍、人才培养管理等问题,提出本专业人才培养模式的优化策略,并在实践中完善人才培养方案。
Under the background of millions of enrollment expansion,based on the learning situation of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mode of this specialty,and puts forward the optimization strategies of the talent training mode of this specialty in terms of talent training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching forms and methods,teaching content,teaching staff,talent training management,etc.And improve the talent training program in practice.
